I never did get why bother lining back pockets. Holes develop starting from the out side so it doesn't exactly make them last longer….

I've been wearing a size 40" for the past year and I've never felt the need for extra belt loops. Thankfully I'm shrinking rather than expanding though, so the next pair will be a 38"!

Seul….I got mine done as well, twice, the first time, I got it tapered from the inside so the Selvedge isn't touched, but with my second time, they had to do the outer, so my Selvedge is spread out as well, hence the "no-cuff" with my pair.

            I just snapped some pics:

would be nice to know the actual knee/ hem measurements of your pair chris, compared to a new one in the same size!

I had to send back my recently-acquired 25oz pants to Giles for re-hemming, and I wore my 634S quite a lot during this past week. I fell in love again with this model. I loved the fabric, the weight feels just right (heavy but not HEAVY), the texture is very caressing, the color perfect, the cut is awesome.

I made a note to myself to revisit those from time to time, they're too good to pass.

Take a look at the sizing table, the larger waist sizes come in longer lengths.

seems like a 634S cut with more taper from the knee down would be a popular cut.
(I know someone is about to post - "but the BB is that cut".  IMO it is not due to the slimness in the thigh).

About the BB cut vs. 634S… It's basically what kit99bar said: BB is too tight in the thighs, not enough taper down the knee... Went with tagged 32 on the BB, wear the 634S in 31... Sold BB after 4 months of hard wear as they were too tight...
Anyhow... I love the fit of my 634S'es now, they're starting to settle... Being abused on a daily base...

Yeah, you are right. If I had 4 legs, I always carried at least one pair of 634s!

Got myself my first pair of 634s on monday at dc4. I was looking for something roomier at the thighs than my dc4001.
After having tried lots of different pairs from different brands (PBJ, FH and Samurai) the cut that was the best is the 634s.
I can not describe how good they feel.
I can move in them. The dc4 being slimmer, it does not allow me to move properly with amplitude. These jeans are so great! They feel just right. A perfect cut!

My only question: Why does a size W35 not exist?
