Is this not a pre-washed shirt and as such a soak will produce little to no shrinkage?

Are the sleeves of this shirt shorter than the normal?. I mean, i did compare it with my other shirts(Nudie, Denham, Kuyichi, etc.) in the same size and the 33 is about one inch shorter.

The sleeves of my 33 M are longer than the other IH medium shirts I have…

Thanks Giles, thats good to know, i mean..not that you have gorilla arms 😉

But the M is just precise almost tight overall fit  on me and the L a bit to big. The minimal shrinkage, would be to much for a M and make it to small,  or to less to make from the L a spot on fit. :s (i hate to be between sizes!) Sorry for the little rant, im buying online.

                  another great decision mate 😉

Why not? Eh? I figure that with some real rugged wear this shirt will age nicely.

Cuz i thought you had this for sale not too long ago…def. a shirt i need at some point. love it!

I did and I'm still willing to part with it for the right price. What can I say, nothing's moving…

Went out in my 33 last night, and had an accident with a pint of Guinness (always spill something on this shirt). Anyway, I figure that it might be time for a first wash, any tips or should I just do it like I do my jeans (inside out, low temp, no spin, none acidic soap)?

Congrats UP, it's an amazing shirt. I didn't fully appreciate just how good it is until I had been wearing it for a while, the subtleness of contrast when fading starts is just beautiful. It is up there with my Jin jacket as some of the most interesting denim that I have seen.

If I had known earlier, that the SH 27 fades  slower as the 33, i would have gotten a 33, too. But still, i hope for a miracle to happen - almost no fadings so far.

Megatron, that's good news. My reasons for choosing 33 were the fade properties and the black buttons. However I did hear from someone that owns both the 27 and the 33 that he noticed badass fading in both. So, Max Power, that miracle may be closer than you think.

I know, but how should I get fades when all the action I do in it is drinking whisky? I can't wear it to work so the weekend and the quiet evenings is all that shirt could speak about. But give me 7 more years and it will talk.
