Why not? Eh? I figure that with some real rugged wear this shirt will age nicely.

No need to be sorry. Indeed they are, sir. I'm pleased to have an alternative to jeans, now. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Indeed is a tricky choice between the 3 western shirts. I just realise that i have to go with a L instead of a M (what is my regular size). Someone here have the post soak measures of the 33 in size L…or maybe is to much to ask  😠

33 has already been washed once so the shrinkage, if any, is to be neglected …

Is this not a pre-washed shirt and as such a soak will produce little to no shrinkage?

Are the sleeves of this shirt shorter than the normal?. I mean, i did compare it with my other shirts(Nudie, Denham, Kuyichi, etc.) in the same size and the 33 is about one inch shorter.

The sleeves of my 33 M are longer than the other IH medium shirts I have…

Thanks Giles, thats good to know, i mean..not that you have gorilla arms 😉

But the M is just precise almost tight overall fit  on me and the L a bit to big. The minimal shrinkage, would be to much for a M and make it to small,  or to less to make from the L a spot on fit. :s (i hate to be between sizes!) Sorry for the little rant, im buying online.

I did and I'm still willing to part with it for the right price. What can I say, nothing's moving…

Went out in my 33 last night, and had an accident with a pint of Guinness (always spill something on this shirt). Anyway, I figure that it might be time for a first wash, any tips or should I just do it like I do my jeans (inside out, low temp, no spin, none acidic soap)?

Congrats UP, it's an amazing shirt. I didn't fully appreciate just how good it is until I had been wearing it for a while, the subtleness of contrast when fading starts is just beautiful. It is up there with my Jin jacket as some of the most interesting denim that I have seen.
