Yes, for some reason it took ages for the UPS subsidiary over there to tell Haraki that there was an issue. He has now corrected the problem and it should be fine. Apparently, although I had specifically noted the contents of each of the 12 boxes, at some other point I had mistyped 12 as 2, so the UPS people did not know what was going on…...

3-4 days normally. I expect that we will get this delivered Friday. It has now left Korea (went to Korea from China), I suspect next stop is Germany before arriving in UK. Because I raised a fuss at UPS, I do have a customer service agent tracking the shipment too, to try and pre-empt any other delays. Having said all that, if British Customs decide to open every box and snoop around that will create a delay which no one can stop
