I too, am a big fan of the 634. Room and comfort in spades. My favorite IH Cut.

Just took delivery of these and I’m thrilled. The question I have is whether I should cold wash/soak them now before starting to wear, or is it better to get on with wearing them?

@Gulliver the guys from IH already gave this denim a nice industrial wash. No reason to do it now, enjoy wearing them and throw them into washing machine when You feel like it.

Thanks Karol, given the weight I was expecting them to be uncomfortable straight off, already they’re very wearable and only going to get better.

@Gulliver so true man! When I got my first 21oz pair I couldn’t notice any real resistance from the fabric. It was easy the first day.

So … I managed to find a pair here at a retailer in Toronto and the tag size length says 34” (which happens to be perfect for me).

I’m wondering why these are tagged and measure 34”? The latest size chart shows 35” …

@ Brandrea..i think and maybe I am wrong, that you got a pair intented for the Japanese domestic market. Those usually come at 34 inseam. The size chart in IHUK is based on a 36 inseam.

Alex asnwered.your question onnan earlier post. They all come taggged as 34 inseam but they are typically longer than 34.

How do you guys hang your denim after wear? I hang it over the belt look and with my wallet and other stuff in the pocket, it kind of looks heavy when hung and I have the feeling that the belt loop might wear off. I'm sure there should be a better way that is going easy on the belt loop. Any ideas?

Evening, on a chair or @Giles style. If I‘m not wearing them for a couple of days, hanged on a belt loop, can‘t destroy them. Longer periods in the closet, on a proper hanger.
