Sorry I took so long to answer Rafa…. I was only in switzerland for a few days.  I wish I could've met up but my family are pretty much the dictators on this trip and we're in France now.  Very beautiful as well!  Anyway if I'm back in switzerland some time in the future (can't imagine why i wouldn't be) i'll definitely hit you up

btw. are you doing some sort of world tour or are you guys "just" traveling some countries?

Indeed I do!  And not a world tour per se, but my family and I are in europe to celebrate a good friend of ours' (who is traveling with us) 70th birthday in a few days.  We were in switzerland, now in France making our way up to Brittany where they live.  I've also heard rumblings of hitting up the UK which would be fun, maybe I could knock on G's door eh ?

Weighed myself this morning and have officially lost 100 lbs. Thank You to MikeC for the pep talk, Z and Doug for training motivation and Seawolf for getting me into Paleo/Whole30. You guys helped me get my life back. I am indebted to you all. Thank you to all the other forum members who gave me the pat on the back during the journey (way to many to list). Thanks again!!!
