Make sure you're logged in to the website and into your PayPal for a speedier transaction.

And turn off images in your browser for split second loading.

Steps to Disable images in Google Chrome

Mine did the same when it tried to add automatically. I just went up to "cart" it said 1 item. Clicked on that and it worked. Then had to hit "proceed to payment" 3-4 times in a row
