@northsouthdenimguy if evo is about the stories our clothes / boots tell, maybe they’re just preloading some stories about the epic journey from the factory to your front door?

I've said it a few times before, Iron Heart UK is really just a shipping company, we just happen to ship good shit.
Seriously, fast, efficient, good value shipping is something we have chased since day 1. From personal experience, even if I don't need something I have purchased quickly, I still want it NOW....
-
I know it’s been said a million times on here, but Iron Heart’s customer service really is second to none. I probably wore the guys and gals out on Friday with a lot of back-and-forth on measurements while trying to dial in the “perfect” fit.
I’m
sure my notes in my order weren’t exactly crystal clear, but we worked through it, and at no point did I feel like I was annoying anyone, at least not based on their responses. -
@northsouthdenimguy Fedex is the worst.
-
I know it varies, depending on where you live in the world, but for me, UPS is by far the best for receiving and shipping.

Should have heard what they said about you at the party last night.....

In our experience, It is actually more granular than that. It depends on the depot management and ultimately the delivery driver. You get a shit delivery driver, he'll be shit whether he drives a UPS, Fedex, TNT, etc etc truck....
-
Yeah, save me the in-your-face stories. I’ll take quality product, shipped fast, without the fluff.
-
For sure
in my experience UPS has been solid but I have a hub right across the street from my office, and the drivers who deliver to my house have been the same ones for years.
-
Last order @ShopatIronHeart left UK Wednesday & arrived Friday. Yesterday.
I think IH has pics of ups management engaging in sexual congress with barnyard animals.
Not that there’s anything wrong with that. -
This is the only legitimate explanation for shipping expediency
-
DHL is so weird in my town. I feel like their delivery drivers are contractors. The last time I had a delivery, a guy walked up to me on the sidewalk in front of my house after getting out of a sedan with no back windshield—just a plastic bag and duct tape. He handed me the package without even confirming who I was or the address or anything. I could’ve just been passing by.

I know you’re all on “pins and needles,” so here’s an update to my previous rant…
Five days after ordering the Vibergs, I ordered an IHSH-33 in black with upgraded copper snaps. It showed up yesterday, the day after Christmas.
Not only do you guys normally get things to me across the ocean in 2–3 days, but right before Christmas you swapped the snaps and still delivered in seven days. And that’s after a half a day of back-and-forth with me trying to lock down the perfect measurements before shipping.
Meanwhile… 14 days later, still no boots, and only a canned response from Viberg a few days ago. I get that things happen, but if I’m paying $45 for shipping, it shouldn’t take more than 2–3 days once it’s shipped.
So ultimately this is IH’s fault, if you guys weren’t so good at shipping and swapping snaps I would have nobody to compare.

@northsouthdenimguy IH (and also Rivet and Hide) are really something else regarding shipping. I very often receive orders over night to Austria from them while it can take three days or more getting things here from Germany our neighbor.
Usually Viberg is very good too. My orders took 3 days with DHL from Canada to Austria including all customs things done while in the air. Might be not their fault or holidays related.
