G & H are just laying the groundwork for global garment domination. Instant advertising to the entire planet? I think it's brilliant….....but also some trademark infringement! Need to get a settlement out of this, G

"The success of a lawsuit to stop the infringement turns on whether the defendant's use causes a likelihood of confusion in the average consumer"
Pretty much exactly what it will do….......

No he's excited, but that's because he does not understand the possible consequences….
Japan (And Asia in general) doesn't quite understand copyright infringement. Doesn't seem to be a big deal to them. You see it all the time, blatantly in your face, and not a soul seems to care

Is the Iron Heart name copyrighted by Works, Inc? Or could there be a real danger of marvel coming after the brand? That would be such a bummer. I don't think marvel has used that name before recently, but maybe someone else could chime in who knows more

Well, but Disney only has jurisdiction in the films, right? Or the whole kit and caboodle? If the concern is who used/copyrighted the name first, I was just assuming the only appearance of this character would thus far be only in the comics. Although the whole thing is moot if Works, inc never trademarked the iron heart name.
