@louisbosco double. And @FOXY is right, it's Bezzera BZ10. The first results were already good, but there's a lot room for improvement. Need a mill soon and then I can finally benefit from three great roasters that are located within 5 minutes from home.

@Max Power that's nice! i also recommend getting a good electric grinder. the breville smart grinder is quite worth the price. it's not too expensive and does the work a commercial grinder can.

i've been looking at the rancilio silva and the breville double boiler before going with the breville last year during boxing day sales. going to a double boiler from a single thermoblock was the best thing ever. what's the ratio you're going on now?

@twin  I'm still working on all the ratios etc. SO far I'm satisfied with what I can produce and would not complain about it in a "normal" coffee shop. I think however there's a lot of room for improvement, but that's what's fascinating me.

Dialed in Japanese pourover for these great Kenyan beans on the Kalita Wave. I love cold brew but the Toddy is a pain in my ass and I do miss some of the brightness that heat extracts from the coffee.
