Rivet and Hide
-
On 20th August 2012, between the London Olympic Games closing and the Paralympic Games opening Rivet & Hide launched as an online store operating initially from any spare space in a small West London flat. Four years later we are well established online with many valued customers around the globe and at our bricks and mortar store in Central London.
To celebrate we are holding a sale to celebrate 4 marathon years since 2012 with 12% marked off everything. The starting gun fires at 10 am (British Summer Time) on Friday 2nd September and the sale closes at Midnight on Sunday 4th September. The 12% will be deducted at checkout with no code required.
However, in order to recognise our loyal customers who have signed up to the newsletter, the sale will begin a day earlier on Thursday 1st September at 10 am BST with the code 2012-2016 to be entered at checkout. This will give you a head start on any items which are low in numbers. From Friday 2nd at 10 am BST the code will no longer be required until the sale closes on Sunday night.
The sale applies both in store and online but is strictly limited to the dates and times outlined.
Many thanks for supporting us over the last 4 years and here's to many more bringing you the absolute best in denim and beautifully crafted casual wear.

-
Congratulations @Danny RnH.
I'll be back in the UK for a few weeks in October, and will have to drop by. It's been a while since I've visited the shop.
-
@Graeme Looking forward to catching up with you and hearing about the good life down under.
-
@Danny RnH I'll see you then. I'm just worried about the damage any trip to the shop will do to my bank balance.

We just took delivery of the latest Ultra heavy Flannel from Iron Heart in the soothing purple/black Ombre pattern.
The aspero cotton used to make the shirt grows in the wild and is renowned for its strength and softness.
The flannel features permex snap closures and is double brushed on the interior for extra warmth. -
If you have ever coveted Real Japan Blues incredible mid-weight 14 oz left hand twill denim made with Zimbabwe cotton that fades like nothing else, and prefer a slim tapered mid-rise fit with subtle details such as indigo arcuates on the back pockets, then look out for our collaboration jean which we launch next week.
Real Japan Blues is the sister company of The Flat Head. It is a brand that obsesses over every detail of style and quality in equal measure.
-
@Danny RnH you have definitely got my interest with this collab. What day do you expect them to drop?
Also, do you know if these will have cotton stitching or cotton/poly stitching?
-
@manufc10 Thanks for the interest. We're really excited about this collaboration which took a long time to plan and get right.
All being well they will arrive from Japan on Monday and be online Wednesday evening.
They are stitched with cotton. However, The front and back pockets are double stitched. One of the threads is cotton, like everywhere else on the jeans, but the other one is polycotton.

Good deal. Thanks for the info. Any idea what the price tag in US dollars is going to be?
