@twin Pheasant's Back. I have one on my counter right now. Fry them up with garlic and butter. Need to pick them when they are just right.

Fantastic! I love them! It was to dry here the past couple of weeks, haven't found any yet.
(They go very well with that long white vegetables, can't remember the name right now)

@Chap you will get a free pass if you can remember. Just once as we don’t want to ruffle the white asparagus crowd…or was that green asparagus.

Counting down the days until we can start harvesting here…we have one batch left from last year that will be eaten tomorrow.
