There arent really fake ones beside Goros - its to niche.
End is legit - but be careful they have sometimes worn descriptions. check the stated size
the mainline description is often wrong. state as large feather but size is 55mm = medium

If you wrote me the measurement of your buffalo nickel i could give you a comparison to the large feather just write a pm

I recently learned about Goro. Now I really like the feather pendants but since I’m not gonna make it to Japan anytime soon…
And prices online are pretty daft...

What’s a good alternative?
First Arrows, Larry Smith, Dearblossom? What are the differences and what’s recommended?

My current set ups of First Arrows

FA or also Larry Smith are a really good alternativ to Goros in my eyes without  any compromise in quality beside that you get easier access to items in EU and cheaper compared to resell prices.

FA use an other silver quality 950% instead of normal 925 which  means a higher pure silver rate.
All items get easier a nice dark patina due that quality. If you don't like easy to clean with silver wipes or  other silver cleaners.
Fa is design wise very similar to goros.

i done it last summer already too..but used a dye kit from ama... for first try.
reasons why -> its faster and easier instead of set a vat with natural indigo.

plan was dye a pair of converse and an old white stussy zip hoody i never wear.

Dip the Shoes 4 times on that day.
The Jacket 2 or 3 times but will repeat it this summer because the color depth varies too much.

the kit cost about 20€ including shipping from us via Ama…  so for first try im happy with the result.

what about a CPO Shirt like the ISH162 with 12oz Cotton Swedish Serge in natural cw, with Self coloured needle thread and Indigo / navy bobbin thread.
Maybe chest pocket stitching with indigo / navy thread.
