I could fit a sweatshirt under it too, so I think the size is good. After reading this thread (and several others), consensus seems to be that IH typically has negligible shrinkage, so I’m about to hot soak this thing (after ironing out the fold lines) and pop it on while still a little damp to set the wear creases and then let it finish drying out. Am I blowing it, or is my nerdery paying off??

My souvenir from seeing Eyehategod a year and a half ago. First song I went into the pit against the grain like I used to back in the day. I guess it was their way of telling me I’m told too old for this shit!

First time seeing a bald eagle in person (sorry for the poor pic quality), and actually 2 days in a row!

My neighbor works for a lens company and does some awesome photography with his perks. Here’s one of my faves he shot.

Chain stitch will add that subtle “roping” effect to the hem, where a traditional lock stitch will just be straight and clean; nothing wrong with that on chinos/fatigues. However, a chain stitch can make them feel a touch elevated, and give your ego a little tickle for the little detail…

To answer @meatmarketdenim1, favorite HC show of my adulthood was probably OFF! at Bottom of the Hill in SF. So much fun energy, not just an angry, tough guy crowd; it was a blast.

This bastard was waiting in the bathroom at the campsite for someone to not be paying attention.
