I need some sizing advice here from the shop and maybe some owners too. I’m 6 feet, 195 pounds with a muscular build. I actually have the Overdye version of this jacket in XXXL but I’d like to get the indigo one too. The OD jacket fits me definitely on the roomy side with plenty of room to layer. And the XXXL OD matches closely in specs with the XXL in this jacket (which tracks as OD garments are pre-shrunk). It does seem like I could probably squeeze in the XL but the consensus here seems to be this jacket fits on the slim side. Wyd fam?

Had my hopes dashed for one of these recently, retailer said they had my size, as it turns out they did not. Is there any hope of a restock in the near future?

my 33s arrived, as usual I’m blown away (lucky pair #7), so worth the wait!

oof yeah this is a tough call between 33 and 34, all my 888 indigos (14,16,21 oz) are 33s but the 888S-21ODs and 888D’s I have in 34. leaning towards 33 but it’s measuring tape time

Gonna pick up a pair of these when they drop, but I’m torn on sizing.

In the indigo pairs of 888s I have, I wear a 33 (14 oz, 16 oz, 21 oz). In the 21 oz overdyes I wear a 34 as they’re pre shrunk. And I also wear a 34 in the 888Ds.

Any help from someone who might know? @ShopatIronHeart

@wjw or oiled whipcord w lighter liner. I actually quite like the dry, soft feeling of the oiled fabrics as compared to traditional waxed canvas

Some things I would buy if IH made them:

• Indigo sashiko jackets (type III especially)
• Duck canvas pants in other colors than just the brown (army green especially)
• Oiled or waxed canvas jackets - unlined or with lighter weight (e.g. flannel) lining
