Front loader, always on a 30 or 40 degree wash, no issues with things not coming out clean.
The door is shut most of the time and no mould in there.

@GraemeE sorry for the late reply.
Another vote for Chet Baker Sings, it's a great album. The Sam Records Chet Baker releases we were talking about earlier in the thread are all worth getting. I'd also recommend the work he did early in his career with Gerry Mulligan - there's a few twofer albums out there that are worth picking up.

@J-IV I’ve got all three volumes of the Sam Records Chet Baker releases. So good.

I don't think I'm too observant this morning - the bombs should have been a giveaway!

No advice to give, but been suffering from sciatica for the last few months, with lower back issues so I (literally) feel your pain. Not in a good enough position to start trying to strengthen my core, but I'll revisit the advice above when I am.
I'm also wearing trainers a lot more to try not to exacerbate the issues - the sciatica goes all the way down to my left toe, so having heavy leather pushing on the sciatic nerve can get pretty uncomfortable, even if the shoes fit well. I don't think wearing trainers all the time is necessarily the answer long term though, what you gain in instant comfort is lost in support.

The "Just buy what you need" line is an interesting line, true enough but not what you expect from an advert - must be from WWII.

I've done it, and just used a dishwasher tab. I used one of these hat cleaning frames to keep the shape. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/389167147695?_skw=hat+washer&itmmeta=01KBPQSBDZY9XFKDZR3J2KS239&hash=item5a9c2b6aaf:g:jvgAAeSwKJxpBJvo&itmprp=enc%3AAQAKAAAA4IUNi59bckQcV2ImusJGAkFLXyr21Q8uWm7IEVoKS%2FGuyXd4Df1BPj3s7NkVXQ7zZySreSLy2Cqkh3XBaFN%2BEWH9UFN3E4YA1CqNoVtSll%2BfI0tIWEzl95XvG82cL2vZNlWbZG%2FirYuMz9d11Va0g7jlkR7LITfbvPgvtyLBOU4E6vrM1JhbCRaO6UL821I1%2BPSFIoJomXHrvz2aWEJbr5kRoClRLpYy62NONHkrz4ckCT9t9DZ6fRT0J1FkLBrO1HjRNdtfqak0B0siivxVcAJCOHBkOadCm%2BtUT8cAbsNq|tkp%3ABk9SR6K35dfdZg

@flannel-slut it looks like they were trying to follow the pattern of the RMC heavy sweatpants but got the dimensions wrong. (The RMC ones have a similar gusset but it actually reflects the male anatomy if you see what I mean)

@flannel-slut said in Master Supply Co Leather:
@indigo_fades I’m pry going to come off a bit of a prat here but there is a MSC in every industry. Find an established formula that works and copy it. With little to no ingenuity, it is hard to offer up any praise. At least when they knocked off TJs Y2 chore coat, they added side pocket entries over the traditional chore pocket. While this piece is a wabash western, something every heritage brand offers, from what I can see, there is literally nothing distinguishing this piece as a MSC over the IHSH-62. I’m all for inspiration but this is a little too “copy the smart kid sitting next to you in class”
This is spot on. Added to that there was a spate of a lot of influencers getting MSC jackets for a while that left a bit of a sour taste - it seemed like some of the reviews were paid for, at least with a free jacket (happy to be told I’m wrong, but calling it as I see it).
Also, I find myself looking at brands like MSC and Bronson and thinking the clothes look great, but I buy the type of clothing we wear for the quality and I’m not sure it’s there - I’d prefer to buy once and well.
