@samo I picked up the olive one last year and it doesn’t feel greasy or cold like waxed jackets do. Also, the inside of the pocket on the outside side is wool lined and that feels nice on the hands, much nicer than waxed jackets. No issues keeping mine clean.

It’s a very warm jacket. I picked up the black A2 this year and they each have their own temperature ranges. A2 is 40 - low 50F. Oiled N1 is 30 to 45F, maybe even lower. Both wearing just a t-shirt. I can sit inside and not overheat in the A2. No chance in the oiled N1.

Same. I was going to make a similar comment when I saw the black sizing about recent products. Really wanted one of these jackets but the sleeves are too short.

One of the reasons I love IH is the jackets fit both arms and slimmer body, which is hard to find, plus the styles rock. Be sad if that is no longer the case, though I understand the sleeves were too long for others.

This is an awesome jacket, and slots in nicely between my oiled N1 and serge A2 temperature-wise. Can wear it dressed down or dressed up, I feel.

My only nitpick is I wish it had a zipper pull. The zipper without it feels like a thin wire and isn’t great to grip. My IHM-33 has a black pull and I wish this had the same one, to fill in the void in the zipper, giving a better feel, and to give something more to grab onto. Trying to find a similar one to install.

@samo not itchy at all. Wore it today on a dog walk, windy and 33F with just a t shirt and it was fine. Collar is the only thing really where the wool touches and it was tight against the neck and soft and warm.

Incidentally, I use the top snap to keep the collar around my neck versus the button and that works well and easier.
