I’m at ancestral home for the summer and this weekend we meet with friends for 3-day beef extravaganza. The porterhouse was aged for 30 days and the filet mignon for 20. All grass fed.

I have to write it again, that is how excited I am.

Almost missed them after waiting for so long!
I was driving for a second day of sidemount diving class, stressed by how I’m not as fluent in the new setup, thinking about it all, and suddenly an alarm went off on my phone 5min to 17:00CET. It took me good few seconds to understand why have I set it and then panic that I’m in the middle of the highway and not in front of my PC where I have the ordering pegged.
All worked out at the end but shaking hands
