Had a go at making Korean Fried Chicken for the first time. Probably not authentic by any means but complemented it with a bistro beetroot salad, pickled carrot, edamame, cucumber, rice and spring/green onions.
Sauce is gochujang, dark brown sugar, honey, chopped tomatoes, soy sauce, rice wine, garlic and sesame oil.
My bargain from the Vans Outlet this weekend. Marked down to £21.50 / ~$27.
Now have a dark sole laced-up pair to go with my slip on checkerboard pair.
@Alex I've spotted what was causing that and that should now be resolved. It was set to infinitely reward you based on your number of posts, so each new post meant that you unlocked that group. Now restricted to 1 like the others.
Used to love going to our local VHS shop on a Friday evening, was conveniently next door to a Chinese takeaway so it'd often be a great combo!
Sadly I no longer own any game consoles as mainly do PC gaming now but came across something called Clone Hero which has reinvigorated my love for Guitar Hero (used to own nearly every version once upon a time!). Works on PC with Wii controllers and can load in your own tracks.
Got these coming from eBay hopefully in time for this weekend...

Watched Sinners in IMAX (Dual Laser and 1.43:1 screen). Beautiful presentation (the full aspect ratio scenes were insane), great story and great music.

@endo we went to Manchester Printworks which is second biggest in the UK but would have loved to have done the BFI in London but it's much further away. Have seen Tenet and Oppenheimer in 70mm Film at the BFI and it's unreal. Love film projection.
