@SKT thanks Sean. They are incredibly comfortable. Quite a lot of cushioning for a dressy sneaker, much more so than a greats, common projects etc.
I was hesitant to wear them much over the winter as I was afraid of getting salt dirt damage on the suede.
They make a white-ish pair too which I’ve been eyeing.
These are on Huckberry fyi called the leather and suede runner.

@jfk1117 do you have a history with the SDA work shirt cut?
With mine, it’s quite a bit roomier in the midsection with a more generous opening than my IH work shirts. It took a bit of getting used to, but I really like it overall.

I stumbled upon Merz on the Nordstrom Rack website yesterday. Limited selection and sizing, but absolute steals for prices.
Figured I’d pass it along in case anyone has money burning a hole in their pocket.

@ARNC a branch of our company makes packs of blended fresh vegetables for meal kits. There were no carrots available. So we either need to find them or risk losing the other vegetables and production time. So the scavenger hunt was on, and we now have about 7,000lb located.

Another 700 lb and good idea!

Ihj-142 serge windbreaker.
Got a text from my boss last night with an emergency all hands on deck to locate 5,000lb of baby carrots. I have been buying all the inventory of every grocery store I can find since early this morning. Behind me is about 800 lb. Together we have accumulated about 3,000lb.
Onward.

My favorite clothing item is my Loombreakers. They been repaired multiple times and are still going strong. Though they are rare as the namesake reveals, they are my favorite because when I saw them listed in new condition on the buy/sell, I told my wife about them. This was my early IH days and she wasn’t into the cost of this stuff at all.
But she heard my pitch and unbeknownst to me reached out to the IH crew to facilitate and purchase from the seller and have it sent as a surprise and completely unexpected birthday gift.
The effort makes it my grail.
Non IH runner up is my G-Shock MTG. Not much need to be said, I simply love it like the day I got it nearly 10 years ago.

A team work event this week kept me from partaking in the theme week as it was just too much to think about with packing for the team.
2 full days on the north shore of Lake Superior.
Day 1 highlight was dogsledding in the remote woods, followed by a hike to a 100’ frozen waterfall.
Day 2 was my first time skiing in a decade. Took me a couple runs to get my bearings but what a great mountain (Lutsen) in MN. They have one run that’s over a mile and most of the runs feel like you are on a proper mountain.

A bit of a photo dump. I’m on a work team outing on the north shore of Lake Superior for a couple days. I think I stood for 45 minutes staring silently at the lake.

@Mizmazzle if only it were that simple this whole time.

@Mizmazzle excellent pickup. It’s a dream come true. I’m also stoked to see into the “mind of Mizmazzle”. Just know, I also have mental battles about woven cotton that take up more headspace than they deserve. It’s partly why we are here. (On earth and in the forum).
