@DeeDee85 a late response when you may have already moved on. I bought this same jacket this year from Redcast Heritage in Madrid. Problem buying from there is import tax, but I just really wanted it. I wanted one like this for ages and it fitted the bill.

@motojobobo It took a bit of time to locate a missing part of the button that broke in to three, but thanks for the suggestion. When I get home (visiting family for Christmas) I may well give it a try.

@Graham Thanks, it’s the jacket that’s in this thread. Christmas spending dictates it may be a bit of time till my next purchase, but I’ll try then. Thank you.

Sorry, probably not part of this thread entirely, but I managed to trap my N1 jacket in a door and broke a button, how can I get a replacement?

@DeeDee85 thanks, that’s been my experience. I think they’re good for business doing big numbers but customers can whistle as far as they’re concerned. I got an alternative replacement from Wonderlooper and they’ve been most helpful. I won’t criticise them at all.

@Mister_Brue will do. I’m forming that opinion myself. No problems with delivering for businesses, but in my situation so far it’s a pretty unimpressive experience.

@Tago-Mago That’s a perfectly sensible point. It’s a bit more expensive from the Jeans Store here in the UK but pretty much the same price once VAT added, give or take. I didn’t know previously they were selling all that and if I buy in future I’ll definitely consider the alternative.

@goosehd thanks for the input. They’re pretty clear shipping and fees are on the buyer. It’s FedEx with their website that’s the issue. FedEx charged me the fees and so far I haven’t been able to find clarity on how I can get that back from them. The item was fine but the guidance is specific that only when faulty can you return and reclaim. It isn’t faulty just wanted a larger size. I’ve sent clothes to Japan for re-dying via Royal Mail and it was a piece of cake from here in the UK. Therefore I’m curious if others have navigated similar with FedEx successfully before now and how they went about it

Seeking advice from those likely to have experience themselves.
I ordered an item from Wonderlooper that was Fed-Ex’d and I had to pay a further fee of about £50 to Fed Ex (VAT & Admin).
My wife is concerned it could shrink and become a little snug, so I wanted to size up. Wonderlooper are small, sell out quickly and don’t do returns so it’s down to me.
They’ll refund once they have it back, sent me a return label and I ordered a slightly different hoodie, as they nearly all sold out in days.
I’m trying to ship back but am told by a drop off centre a mile away that I’d have to pay on top outside my own postcode and any questions about getting some of the return fees back, were greeted with a blank look and a vague suggestion to call them.
Pretty sure the next delivery will cost again and I don’t mind paying, but their website suggested I have to reject the delivery as a shipment, but can only do so on faulty grounds when
It’s only size being an issue.Anyone else had similar experience in the UK, and any advice appreciated.

@Alex love that shirt. I saw it recently but only in a long sleeve so didn’t bother.

On seeing the chain stitch run off on my IH Chambray for the first time, my brother remarked that it looked like I’d dressed as an Orthodox Jew. I’d not considered that and it did make me laugh

@HeavyGenes that’s a genuine belly laugh from me. Likely a cold day in hell before we see “The Winds of Winter”

You’re right @HeavyGenes, this is a great show and right down to costume looks amazing. Thoroughly enjoying it, but is it a one series and done deal?

Does Banana a Chocolate bread count as a bread here?
