Not awake enough to pay attention to my camera settings so it’s cooked edit-wise. BUT! We’re going all black today. Double 21oz black Serge (windbreaker and work pants), black ripstop Mechanic’s shirt, and some black service boots from Whites.

Dual entry this year. The T3 isn’t getting much daytime use while the Chore Coat functions as my lab coat when I’m teaching.

Moleskin, baby! Great weight on the new shirts for this type of weather. It’s like 10 outside and 60 in the shop 🥶

Finals week!
Living in these 21oz Serge with an ol’ 14BB Western. Walking in White’s and keeping clean with a Railcar Chore coat.

Saw this pop up the other day and was inspired to dye my wallet. I took a through Indigo class put on over a weekend by a Rutgers’ professor. From growing to vat.
I followed her Fructose vat method with the 50gs of extracted indigo we did during the course.

I think it turned out great. About ten dips in total. Choochai’s nameless veg tan leather didn’t hold up great but it took the indigo beautifully. Unfortunately I think he used a “Guaranteed Leather” for the chain because that shit started to fall apart in the heat.

New pair of IH-829-BLK for work! Loving this new heavier Moleskin as well. Enjoying the Serge pants so much I grabbed a second pair in Indigo. Considering sitting on them until the next Invitational….

As much as I hate to say it but I think the Pigers will just live in my closet for this invitational. The SEXIH25-633 are going well enough that I want to focus on this pair.
