Reminder that Self Edge has decent stock of these, wearing mine now. Fabulous. Softest denim I own, but they hold their shape well.

Oh no doubt, the 21oz is amazing. For me it’s the opposite with the butt, although the 21oz don’t sag, the thickness of the back pockets makes it look a little weird when I walk, they kind of slightly jut out to the side with each step. And they’re not too big. It doesn’t matter, I love my 21 too and look forward to wearing them a lot when it cools down

Just got a pair delivered, hemmed and sized to perfection (I think) by IHUK. I can see what the muted fuss is all about. Fantastic. And so different from other IH denim. I’ll put them through their paces this summer…

@WhiskeySandwich Yo those look so nice. Mine are just at the early stages but I’m wearing them hard here in the US South this summer.

I tell you, the 142s has quickly become my favorite denim. I think for my climate they’re ideal, but also I love how well they keep their shape, the thinner back pocket compared to the 21oz so they don’t give me “bulky butt”, and just how soft they get, and quickly. Love em.

This denim continues to impress. Right up there with the 21oz indigo as my fave. 14 broken twill is incredible too, sad to see it was a one shot.

Ok time to bump the thread with 2 unexciting photos of GOAT cut/denim combo. 80 degrees here today and still quite comfortable. This stuff is magic. Oh, and best chainstitch hemming in the industry.

Just put these on a a pretty long stretch not wearing them. I think wearing a stretchy belt has made all the difference. They stay sitting higher up now and don’t subtly hang a little low during the day, saggy effect I hate.

I’ve never worn belts really, but the 888 and my Studio D’Artisan tapered really benefit from a comfy elastic belt.

Thanks man! I was worried that the 1955 would engulf my short little legs but I’m happy with them. It’s a chill, but fitted look. That extra inch with the front rise compared to the 888 makes a big difference with comfort for me
