      I'm also guessing thats what he meant.

      Mainly will be used for zombies.

      You'd have to let those zombies get mighty close before you'd be able to start the chopping.

      Granfors Bruks are in my opinion the finest axe company around. Just curious why you chose the mini hatchet? What kind of activities do you intend to use it for? I am in love with my forest axe but I don't know how I'd put such a small hatchet to work.

      @Danny:

      A customer from Los Angeles attempted to make a purchase overnight and a sales tax was incorrectly applied at the check out page.
      I have had my web guys look into it and annoyingly there was a mistake in the system that applied 8% to any orders from a couple of zip codes in NY & CA. This has now been corrected so apologies to anyone else who may have got this far at check out from one of the affected zip codes

      I am this customer. I wanted to say that the customer service that Danny provided is truly second to none. I got responses literally seconds after I sent questions and the issue was almost immediately resolved. If you haven't done any business with Rivet and Hide, do yourself a favor and order/go to this store.

      Thanks Danny.

      The Maldives is the best possible choice you could have made, It's been at the very top of my list for years and I am sure the two of you will have an absolutely amazing time. Don't forget the camera and please post pics. Also, I think you can go ahead and leave the 25oz in Gosport, the average temp is between 25.4 and 30.4 C. Have a fantastic time.

      TV Shooter,
      Lol at Steve, I have known that guy forever, I think he knows everybody in LA. I am right there with you when you said skating is a lifestyle/mindset. I hardly ever skate anymore but for me I am a skater first everything else second. I have to admit I got angry when skating became "in/cool/mainstream", and for years I didn't want to be associated with all the new kind of people who skate. The whole industry is so "disney" these days it makes me sick.

      That event looks like it must have been a blast, where was it? That Chihuly piece is SO sick.

      @Giles:

      You can't get it because the relationship with Aero foundered.

      Strangely, I had a feeling it might have been something along those lines. It's unfortunate, but I look forward to future leather endeavors with a different company.

      Thanks G.

      What happened to the IHA-005 thread and product page? I finally might be able to get the IH x aero leather jacket and now I can't find it anywhere. I searched for it over and over in different ways and nothing. Did something happen I haven't heard about?

      Only knife I would ever consider using as a pry bar is a Hinderer, knives are for cutting…just sayin.

      And if I were to use a Hinderer for that, it would be because my family is on the other side of a door in a room that's on fire

      Amen. I sometimes have trouble using my XM-18s (especially when they're new) for normal tasks.

      But seriously, it is a VERY BAD idea to use any folder for prying, I don't care how "hard use" the folder is. If you must pry with a tool made to cut go with a Busse and you should be fine.

      @CLJ:

      I EDC a Strider SnG. I have for years in one configuration or another. I found for me its a near-perfect EDC.

      The SNG is a great knife. I have had many striders over the years but the SnG CC was by far the best to EDC. Just sold one recently and miss it.

      😉 Busted my combat Gerber earlier this month opening a wooden crate!

      DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      😉
      Yeah, I'm pretty hard on all my knifes here… I had that one for almost 4 years though..  :-\

      Invest in a prybar and leave the knives (especially folders) for cutting. I am not a fan of Gerber but that applegate folder was the best knife they ever made IMO.

      What knife are you going to get next?

      length is perfect of you wanna rock stacks all the way...otherwise hem another inch for a cleaner look, not necessary though if you ask me 😉

      Thanks Rafa. Still not sure what I'm going to do, I need to wear them and see.  😉

      @RocknRoll:

      Sweet fit mate! I'd probably take an inch or so off them, but you easily get away with wearing them just as they are.

      Thanks RnR!

      @Dirty:

      These are really looking great on everyone so far..555 4 life IMO

      Hey guys, got some initial fit pics. Our only camera with charged batteries was a point and shoot, so these will have to do for now and better pics will be up later. Thanks to Casey at SELA for a lightning fast hem job on these, and thanks to Giles and Paula for sending these out super fast. Haven't rocked these yet, but I am loving the fit so far.
      Should I keep them at this length or take another inch off. I think this is a good length, but I always like to hear what you all think.
