      Quick question about Lofgren sneakers. Are they labelled as US sizes?

      Got the RJB diamond check flannel in red. Can't remember if I saw it on here or SuFu but definitely recall loving it.

      This might be massively cynical, but…i always get the feeling that fades like that are done largely for forum glory.

    • RE: Yuketen

      @Beerhammer:

      I'm really glad i got these on a severe discount. If I'd payed yuketens asking price for them I would be absolutely blowing up their customer service line.

      I bought all three pairs of Yuketen I have in sale. No problems with quality, but I kind of think the full retail price of them is purposefully hiked up to make them seem like really good value when discounted.

      @Giles:

      I'm going to have to jump in here.  I've said it before but I think it is worth repeating.  All that matters as to how a person dresses is that he feels comfortable within himself and within his peer group.  I don't give a flying fuck if someone (male) wants to dress in smoke jumpers and a pink tutu, it's definitely not a look I could or would pull off, but so what - each to his own.

      I know you're right, and this clearly makes you a better person than me, but i can't help thinking that men in their 40s wearing Jack Wills should leave it to 12 year old girls called Jemima.

      @davito:

      Good nite everybody

      At first I thought 'aaw look how the dog is looking at him.' But on closer inspection it's pretty clear she's thinking 'jeez dude. Stop dicking around with the camera and take me out already.'

      Strong looks as ever though.

      i hate deep v's

      That's what he said?..

      He said 'deep v's' - the more extreme, nobhead cousin of the standard (and still shit) v neck. usually worn by fellas who like to wear as much fake tan as they do bad tats.

    • RE: SOCKS

      @Finn666:

      "testing" these suckers today…first impression: really nice, holding up pretty well and feeling comfy from the start!

      I got those in the opposite colourway - blue with orange stripes - and wish i had those ones too. They're standing up really well so far. On the £25 argument, I got a pair of Superior Labour socks for that much. Worn them a lot less than the Anonymous-Ism pair and they've developed holes already. I have no problem paying for quality goods, but I expect the quality to match the price.

    • RE: Militaria: Air Force, Marines, Navy, Army, etc, etc, etc….

      Saw this great condition looking WWII USN pea coat on eBay, the auction doesn't end until Monday night - it's now out of my price range but thought some of you guys might be interested.

      http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vtg-US-Navy-Pea-Coat-WW2-Reefer-Jacket-1940s-USN-Pea-Coat-WW2-Sz-Large-Clean-/231124130875

      The bidding looks a bit iffy to me though - either people are stupid or they've got a mate upping the bid for them.

      @madmonday:

      well to be honest, i say it when i am trying to be honest as oppsed to my 99.5% of the time bullsh!ting & trolling. . . but I'm just saying it's sometimes akin to people who say like or that, like every 3 words when you are talking. like that is just like annoying to have so many words in a language & that you like use only 4 of them to get like that pointlessness across.

      A girl who, like, sits, like, near me at work, like, does that, like, all day. Just get to the fucking point!

      @ddtrash:

      Creed Aventus was a spur of the moment purchase while killing an afternoon walking round my local department store while waiting for my car to be serviced.  So far so good, Mrs Trash approves and the scent seems to last for quite some time.

      Creed is the real deal - the IH of aftershave if you like. I've worn their Green Irish Tweed for a few years now.

      @harley:

      mens file number 9 now available its joined with clutch magazine which im sure most of you have read so a great combination just ordered mine should be here monday  🙂

      Got mine yesterday. Looks good so far, worth it for the photography alone. My only criticism would be to say it's a shame the editorial isn't on a par with the imagery. Feature on TFH in the accompanying Clutch magazine too.
