Last night we hosted a small party for the spring equinox as my wife does every year for her business.
We made 3 cheese pesto grilled cheese, teriyaki chicken skewers with yum yum sauce, goat cheese stuffed peppers, vegetarian spring rolls, Moroccan deviled eggs, ricotta cheese cake and dark chocolate zucchini cake.
