On the plus side, we had dinner at the hidden pizza place in the Cosmopolitan. Best white pizza I've had in a while.

White pizza has no tomato sauce on it and has ricotta cheese on it with mozzarella cheese ..Pretty good u should ask ur local pizza joint to make u one.

My father is a world renowned pizza guy. He has won 4 different times top pizza in the world…and yes they have pizza competitions. Check him out here and look at the Sallie pie that was one of his winning pizzas as well as the Passion of the crust.
