@Tago-Mago He is from Bawlmer, Murdaland where "normal" covers a wide spectrum of human behavior.
He did leave Baltimore and that's the act of a man who knows wtf he's doing.
On the other hand he did move to the desert which suggests to me that he's nutso. Approach with caution.
