They did. Or rather, they said «I should get some». It’s no longer something they prescribe, and is now up to the individual. I’ll be doing it of course, as well as implementing a training program based on the PT’s recommendation.

Take the therapy seriously & longs as possible. I am sure you will, but needs to say it my friend! I get some experience with my left arm on THIS MOTHAFUCKA NORSKA ICE 11 years ago. 2 op. 16 month total with gips. Hard & long therapy! But now, me and my arm are good!!️

Cheers buddy. Made an appointment with a recommended PT today so I’m starting the week after next. Looking forward to it, and to getting back in the gym with a purpose.

You can also supplement and accomplish quite a lot ,at home ,with ankle weights. If possible get the ones that allow you to adjust the weight,as opposed to a set of fixed weights.

Now to figure out soaking/washing and all that stuff I hate doing. Had 1st run of this denim many moons ago but the 634 cut didn’t suit me. Then they brought it back in 634 and 666 but again wasn’t my thing then 888 and again not my thing.

Got wind of this cut at pronto from a year or so again and was reminded by a forum member asking about them and got to work
