Don't be afraid to reach out. That's what this forum is for. I hope anyone that has questions about this stuff feels comfortable enough to PM me with any issues they are having (injuries) or any questions they have about training. I will never claim to be a total expert (knowledge is a journey after all), but I enjoy sharing what I have learned with those who care.

Anyways, I decided to start posting workouts in the fitness & health section so people have a bit of guidance when it comes to getting started somewhere. We can chat in there
