@Appfaff Wow! They're some good looking routines. I'll look more closely at them. I don't want to clog up this thread (is there a training thread? Maybe there should be..) but tbh I really only use the rower for warming up (when I was fit it was 3km in fifteen minutes, today it was a hilarious 2km in about 13 minutes
). I'll be focusing on weights and doing a simple 3-day full body split with lots of compound exercises to get my strength up for a couple of months, then I'll change it up to something more advanced. [/quote]Don't be afraid to reach out. That's what this forum is for. I hope anyone that has questions about this stuff feels comfortable enough to PM me with any issues they are having (injuries) or any questions they have about training. I will never claim to be a total expert (knowledge is a journey after all), but I enjoy sharing what I have learned with those who care.
Anyways, I decided to start posting workouts in the fitness & health section so people have a bit of guidance when it comes to getting started somewhere. We can chat in there

The interview was kinda cool! I applied for a Job at a residence for handicapped people, but they offered me a job at a school to assist kids
Looks like no more work at weekends and at nights for the some worse payment HA
