@Appfaff Wow! They're some good looking routines. I'll look more closely at them. I don't want to clog up this thread (is there a training thread? Maybe there should be..) but tbh I really only use the rower for warming up (when I was fit it was 3km in fifteen minutes, today it was a hilarious 2km in about 13 minutes
). I'll be focusing on weights and doing a simple 3-day full body split with lots of compound exercises to get my strength up for a couple of months, then I'll change it up to something more advanced. Thanks for your kind offer of tips. It's tempting to fire away with all kinds of questions, but this is also your job, no? You need to get paid

[/quote]Don't be afraid to reach out. That's what this forum is for. I hope anyone that has questions about this stuff feels comfortable enough to PM me with any issues they are having (injuries) or any questions they have about training. I will never claim to be a total expert (knowledge is a journey after all), but I enjoy sharing what I have learned with those who care.
Anyways, I decided to start posting workouts in the fitness & health section so people have a bit of guidance when it comes to getting started somewhere. We can chat in there

The interview was kinda cool! I applied for a Job at a residence for handicapped people, but they offered me a job at a school to assist kids
Looks like no more work at weekends and at nights for the some worse payment HA
