Alas not old chap. I did ask in the Nigel cabourn store and they seemed to think that it was going to be early December.

RMC clearly have plans for global domination in the works. They stopped selling on Rakuten, opened a store in SoHo NYC, have that one opening in England, and have to domains registered to separate entities–the latter to an English Web design firm (no .uk, it's a .com, but perhaps that this store) and one appears to be for the BiG SoHo outfit.
I would think this will be accompanied by increased demand. I hope that the scale of production doesn't ramp up in such a way as to meet this demand if it means any compromises in quality. I also hope that the pricing doesn't get any crazier than it already is!
Either way, I wish RMC success in their ventures.

Weird night tonight. I went to a Brit Pop reunion of an indie club that used to be popular locally, saw people I went to school with 22 years ago, got me feeling all nostalgic. Odd feeling for me as I'm very much a "live in the present" kind of guy. Going to sleep it off now.

@FurattoHeddo I heard rumours of November. The shop has a sticker or poster up over the window saying "coming soon", but I don't know how long the fit out will take.

- woke up, remembered I had a package to prepare FOR GAV
- shit, forgotten the box I was gonna use FOR GAV at work
- walked to work to pick it up, FOR GAV
- passed the DIY store to get a fresh role of bubblewrap FOR GAV
- picked out some of the best beers I have here and wrapped them up FOR GAV
- doubleboxed that malaka so they'd arrive safely AT GAV'S
- hauled that box to the PO so they could ship it TO GAV
And now I'm about to PM GAV saying his box is on its fucking way.

Oh Chris knows I can't ship him as much due to weight restrictions, but he also knows I still have a li'l something for him here… SOON, MY SON!..
Also: the early bird gets paid twice as much on a Sunday. I don't have set hours for today, why I could waltz in at 10, but I'm going in at 7... Employee of the day. Stack that cheese. Otherwise G sends his ex-KGB agents after me asking me "WHERE THE FUCKING MONEY IS FOR THE IHJ-14" holding a pair of clippers menacingly over my hand...

New customers (husband and wife team) turned up at the workshop at 13:30 yesterday, they left at 18:30. That's serious trying on stuff time. Anyway they left with a couple of pairs of jeans each and a belt. But what really took a load of time (apart from me hemming a load of jeans he had bought with him) was speccing Wesco's - He is going for a navy version of the below, she is going for a burgundy version, can't wait to see them….
