Moving from Random Rants to Random Announcements!.. Already had two meals today!.. That's more than I had in the two days prior to that combined!..

I think the new cough syrup the doctor prescribed me, though, is meant to clear your plumbings, not your lungs… The pharmacist told me to "not take it in the evening, or I'd be up all night coughing"... So I took it a 2nd (supposed to take it 4x/ day) and last time at 5 pm... I was up til 3 am coughing... What's bizar is that the antibiotics I'm taking, are meant to "dissolve the phlegms and reduce the coughing"... My lungs must think "WHAT IS THAT EEJIT DOING FOR FECKSAKE!"... Sorry guys, doctor's orders...

And I still think it's quit annoying that when you're ill you taste and smell nothing BUT your medicines... This one in particular has a sting to it I can only imagine moonshine based on javel has...

Doctor sent from work waltzed in, gave me a 2 second check-up, a suspicious look (they do train on this) and nibbled off a day of what my doctor gave me… "You'll be all right by Friday son!.."

All I thought was "Kiss my ass pops - good luck going against my doctor..."

Just saw this, man was this a wicked crash.

I did some GS racing a few seasons ago, a got a chance to ride on one of the Super G courses out west.  Those courses are absolutely brutal…

So I am at home visiting my parents and my Mom starts inching her way toward me with scissors in her hand.  She then makes a sneaky move to cut off what she called the "silly-looking string hanging down off the side of your shirt" (actually the chain stitch run-off on my red corduroy IH shirt).  So I had to dispossess my 80 year mother of her sharp-edged weapon…

There's a St. Giles hotel near Feltham station, is that the one you mean? If so, it's not too far from where I work.
