Pam was taken into hospital last night with abdominal pains, just waiting for results of her tests, so I probably won't be around much today.

Ouch Mega!  Hope Pam recovers quickly!!  what did you cook her for dinner last night?!?   super speedy recovery wishes sending out to Pam and Tommy buddy.

Thank you everyone for your good wishes. Tommy and I are at the hospital with her now, and she is in good spirits. Doctors seem to think it might be kidney stones, and have ordered a CT scan.

Luckily I had been drinking (beer) so whilst there was enormous pressure, there was some sort of anaesthetising/mind numbing  effect going on…..

I'm sure that is sound medical advice, G… "When you have kidney stones, just drink beer til you've passed them".

Either way I will follow up on it if despite drinking 3 liters of water and one liter of tea each day, I develop kidney stones...

Ok. It is now up to the owner whether he wants to accept two brothers as his new rentees, but the guy renting it now said he's a very easy going fella. So this is probably in the bag. I didn't take pics as I didn't feel comfortable to… The people still live there ya know... Here's two pics they took for the ad though... Making it look a lot smaller than it is, weirdly enough... Their sofa, for example, easily seats 75... Americans... Their table is fit to serve for the Last Supper.

Specs: 580 €/ month. He did 5200 kw per year (heating and water), which comes to ~80 €/ month. BUT his girlfriend weighed about 30 kgs and she said she was ALWAYS cold. When I visited both yesterday and today, it was about 65 C° indoors… So I'm sure I can bring that down a lot... Electricity he did 1200. Both are extremely low numbers. So if I keep my two yearly bonuses I get from work aside, I will easily be able to pay my internet, insurances and gas + water + heating with it... Stoked...

Also: people above us don't have a balcony (hahaha poor bastards)... The side of the balcony has no streets beneath, and has sun the whole day except between 11.00 pm and 3 pm... Expect to see a slightly less tanned Seul this summer... Nonetheless, I can easily seat all my mates, and have a barbeque 

Ok I'm rambling... But I'm massively stoked...
