IH-526J-142ib - 14oz Selvedge Denim Modified Type III Jacket - Indigo/Black

@FK971 I never had this jacket but I have the 295ib and it definetely tightened up a good bit with the first (cold) wash. Did not take measurements and the construction of a shirt may result in different results with shrinkage but this is what I experienced.

@goosehd agree, really highlights the beautiful fabric. Great work!

Ugh I think I may be sized out on this model. The chest is on the lower end of my range with no wiggle room (even with just a tee) but can't size up as the sleeves are already much longer than I normally go with in my normal size.
-
@ShopatIronHeart any way to get this side by side with a 526Lod? I really just need to keep wearing the lefty but this one is really nice in the photos. You all are doing good work lol

@CosmoSix5 Hey, Sorry for the delayed response while we are out the office for the evening. We will get you some come comparison pictures as soon as possible when we are back in the office tomorrow.
-
@Blanco a decent tailor/seamstress is your friend. Sleeves are not difficult or expensive to have altered. I've had 3 or 4 shirts/CPO. Just on you to make sure they know what they're doing

🫦I'm going to see if my local store gets it and will attempt to try on in person. Last time I spoke to them they felt comfortable removing only about an inch but with a 28.6" sleeve I'll probably need a lot more than that.
-
@Blanco yeah, much more than that and cuff size starts to become an issue. Not a heavyweight denim but crease/folding the sleeve as with a shirt will not work.
-
@CosmoSix5 Hi, I hope this side by side comparison helps!

Thanks gentlemen

The studio shot shows it better. It really is a rich navy.
