And what was the difference between the IHJ-39 and 75?  I can't seem to detect any difference…

I can't remember what the differences are between the IHJ-39 and the IHJ-75-BLK are, but it's an academic discussion.  The IHJ-92-BLK is a non-hooded version of the IHJ-75-BLK, not a non-hooded version of the IHJ-39.
