I just washed my MBB's which are heavily faded with my 634's which aren't. Wondering if the MBB's will of taken any of the colour from the 634's. It's not the 634's 1st wash.

            I wouldn't think so.

This could go a couple places, but it is a random question. Been looking to up my work boots (actually for work) but need steel toes. Seeing a few options I like Wesco Jobmasters and a Viberg service (among others) that I think would suit the need. Wondering if anyone has experienced a steel toe version of these or if some might have other suggestions? On my feet for 8-10 hours a night so need something suitable for such.

I thought as much but it dawned on me I had never washed 2 pairs together before.

My Wesco Jobmasters have steel toes.  There are a few pics of them in the Wesco thread, I think.  I've been meaning to take a few more; maybe if the weather cooperates tomorrow I'll give it a go.

They're ok.  Better for walking than standing, and both are better than sitting.  For a long time they weren't very comfortable, because they're slow to break in, but they've gotten better.  Steel toes are never going to be truly comfortable, though, at least in my experience.

If I had to pick a pair specifically to stand in for long periods of time, I'd probably go with White's. I've found both the Swing last and standard last Semi-Dress boots to be exceptionally comfortable.

White's arch support might make them unbearable for me, would definitely need to try a pair on before I committed

I've been wearing steel toe Jobmasters for the last ~8 years working oil and gas.  In that time frame, I'm only on my second pair which are about to be sent to Wesco for a rebuild.  These are hands down the most comfortable, supportive, tough bastards I've ever had on my feet.
