In a transaction conducted via the likes of Sufu, SF or even IHUK, and a return/refund is agreed upon, should the funds be transferred prior to the item being shipped back?

If I was the seller, I would refund the money once I received the item back. Could also possibly work it out once I see the item is in transit via a tracking number.

The seller is always going to want to see the condition of the returned item before they give you the money back. Have to shop with people you can trust.

In our case, we take a view.  If the reason for the return/refund is our fault, we will often do a refund or ship an alternative product prior to receiving the returned item.  If we know the customer we'll try and do that too, even if the return is not our fault.  We have never been let down, trust engenders trust….

give me an image of real moto outerwear injun.  curious what fits the bill in your neck of the woods & i just like seeing images & get educated.

to be fair & to play devil's advocate you also have to recall alot of items that are now considered moto wear are just because moto riders resourced clothing from other places.  not going to rehash the conversation but worth a thought

Somewhere here in the forum is pics of my Vanson and Legendary Jackets…I suppose there might even be my Finnish Racing jacket, sort of Cafe Racer.

Both first mentioned are CHP (california highway patrol) jackets. The latter is a true racing jacket made in the days when men were Iron and boats wood

A real moto jacket is something that is really menat for riding, like Rockets Vanson...It's not about the style so much, but about the practicality of it when on a bike.

Classic lines are my choices. But not the brando jackets, too manu pocket, and I hate epaulets on leather. But it's just me. If you want to I can PM you some pics...?

Yup, they're pretty much true to function, bi-swing back, longer sleeves…

I myself wouldn't ride without leather jacket, which is odd, I usually wear just jeans...not leather pants
