@mikebarhoot those measurements sound like you might have to get a bespoke shirt.
The 18 oz 177 CPO comes in a 4x though. I'd ask them to check for a bigger one.

It's funny I always wished these overalls had the brass buttons. Because all the other hardware is brass. This would be so awesome if possible.
