How's the sizing on this one? There's a 3cm difference between the M and L shoulder wise. what can i use for reference, a tight fitting t-shirt or a comfortable shirt?

How do you want this to fit?

Snug, under a shirt or jacket, for layering, size L looks too big for that, i think. I'm 1,76m 74kg for reference, L is great for IH shirts and jackets.

So I would measure something that fits you that way, and compare to the chart we have published for the best sizing, have you tried that?

I love a good thermal, especially one that's 100% cotton. I saw mention of shrinkage with these. Is that the case? If so, how much can I expect? I'm guessing not much, if any. And if by that, it would seem that these are true to western sizing vs what we see with Japanese sizing. Is that assumption safe?

Scratch all that. Pulled some tape on a few thermals I own, and while the rest of the shirt might fit, the sleeves are two to three inches shorter than the other shirts.
