I have a pair of 777 in the 18oz vintage, and they fit nice too, but are a bit large in the waist and small everywhere else. for me, the 888 is the opposite.

Just an update. I’ve washed them around 5 times since I got them. Absolutely my favorite pair. Might need to pick up the SBG jacket to pair them with.
