Your breads are looking great @Giles . I don't have a bread baking bowl, and probably won't for a while, so I baked in a loaf pan, which it came out good. I had a lot of problems getting flour, I was wondering if it all went to Gosport. Haha. The loaf I made tastes a bit like Texas toast. But its good. I now have bread flour, whole wheat flour, potato and oat flour.
