Bread - What are you baking today…..

[Giles]

Proving…..Disposable shower caps FTW...

[ROman]

Your breads are looking great @Giles . I don't have a bread baking bowl, and probably won't for a while, so I baked in a loaf pan, which it came out good. I had a lot of problems getting flour, I was wondering if it all went to Gosport. Haha. The loaf I made tastes a bit like Texas toast. But its good. I now have bread flour, whole wheat flour, potato and oat flour.

[ROman]

I'm doing good @Matty123 I hope you and your family are as well.

[Giles]

Looks great @ROman

[Giles]

And baked…..

@Seul:

I think what @Giles meant to say was that if you place a huge IH order, you might find a free loaf of bread included…

[Giles]

In fact, let's make that a thing….....

[Seul]

Your new bread and butter?..

[Madame Buttonfly]

Actually @Seul I think you have the best bargaining tool… Belgian beer

[Giles]

Pretty pleased with that crumb…..

[Matty123]

As you should be. Well done dude. It’s a pretty great feeling baking bread from scratch. Wait
Til you use your starter. You’ll feel like a true artist. Something from nothing.

[Chap]

Sourdough, wholemeal Rye and Wheat, no yeast, 24 hours

[den1mhead]

^ Bread looks so scrumptious ^

[Giles]

Bloody hell….

And I'm proud that I'm doing an overnighter with 0.8 gm yeast.....

::) ::)

[Chap]

Very happy with the result. I added some boiled wheat seeds making it quite succulent(?).
