Looking great @Appfaff Adam. We are flying to New Orleans tomorrow morning, just as a hurricane is headed that way today. Fingers crossed the city stays in good shape (and all the people therein), especially our air bnb and the restaurants we have reservations at.

Sharp look @jordanscollected - if there is one city that is USED to getting pummeled with hurricanes, it's NOLA - heck their famous cocktail is named after them lol
Seems the storm should be out of LA by tomorrow morning and hitting Alabama North of Mobile (2 hours away from NOLA) so you guys should be good, especially if you layover in ATL.

I have read many times about Parkway Bakery but have never been. We always get the oyster and shrimp at Domilise's since we typically stay in uptown without a car. That PoBoy sounds amazing I'll see if I can make it happen.

parkway is uptown I believe, or midtown… I can't ever remember as I'm usually not entirely sober when riding the trams

Thanks @den1mhead it means a lot. Your kit is looking fantastic today too. I need more high end non-denim pants. That is literally the first compliment I've received on the 3Sixteen (1 year of ownership) and I can't figure out why? it's boiled wool and really soft and warm for the weight.

Goodness, thank you very much. Probably a consequence of spending all yesterday evening taking down 80 year old pannelling from ceilings. Fekk me, they were not shy with their nails back then.
After getting to bed after midnight I was up with the smalls, so «effortless» may literally be the result of me grabbing stuff in a sleep deprived fugue. I’ll have to do it more often [emoji1]

I absolutely love my burlap roughouts. I ordered them through Giles to my own specs. Single midsole, #705 vibram’s giving a
double sole at the front. Khaki stitching, longer instep straps. When they arrived in Gosport G-san liked them so much he created the TBWE-BUBO based on my build.If I was a dentist they’d be called The Teeth Pullers or something, but I’m a teacher and The Educaters doesn’t sound as cool [emoji6]
