Designed by Joe at Iron Heart, this build has been inspired by the thick-soled crepe boots worn by the British military during the 1945 North African campaign - the large rubber soles helped with navigating the uneasy desert terrain. When soldiers returned from operations, they were often seen wearing these boots in and around notorious parts of Soho and Kings Cross, which earned them the label "creepers".

Is it possible to request these be made with the additional half-slips for increased arch-support and as an auxilliary question, do such half-slips actually enhance the arch in a meaningful way?

You bet, and I reckon that would make them look even more killer (I'd add them if I was speccing them)….Adds quite a lot of extra support to the arch....
