I don’t think so. I really like the Protection Pack models so I might grab a pair of those. Really like the 1906r I just got though. I want another pair. We have a NB store in town so I think I’ll check it out tomorrow. See what’s up.

Toe box is a little tight/low but I think I can make it work.

How did you size them? I mean in comparison to other shoes u own.

@Matt same as my others...they feel like the fit but I bet half a size up would be ideal. I already wore them around so I can't return them. I was wearing thick Duluth socks so I'll try dress socks today.

@Oaktavia i had the exact same feeling about my 574s I recently got. I was surprised as all the advice I read said to stay with your vans/chucks size, but the 574s felt tight and low around the toe box. Worn them quite a lot and they feel much better now, I think the inner sole moulds a little so your feet eventually sit a little lower in the shoe.
That said, if I bought another pair id probably size up half a size for comfort.

I also think the murdered out pair look great, and I like that the suede has a blueish-green tinge. Looks good with the OD denim

@Oaktavia I’m with you guys. My normal 10.5 is tight in these. It’s funny because my 991v1’s in a 10.5 are a bit too big…so some sizing inconsistencies here.

Those blackouts are killer man.

Also I may put a more robust insole in the 574’s.

@jerkules thanks for the advice...I'll wear them on our river walk today and see how it goes. Fun fact we found a tiny baby snapping turtle last time. It was the size of a quarter.

Awesome that you snagged a pair @SKT . Interesting that you’re experiencing similar sizing issues considering you own a few pairs of NB models.

@Oaktavia i hope they get comfier for you like mine did. And where you live sounds like a wonderland for nature lovers. My kids would go wild to find a baby turtle, as would I!

I wear my vans size in NB but I size down a half for chucks. Go up a half for Nike.

They felt great today with thinner socks! I wore them all afternoon and they don't bother me anymore. Phew, I was worried.

My wife and I love living out here. It's so beautiful and green now too. The bb turtle was a delight to see.
