IH-555-XHSib - 25oz Selvedge Denim Super Slim Jeans - Indigo/Black

First, anyone who can bend down like that or at all wins my admiration.  I mean wait till you get well into your sixth decade after a few…umm, accidents.  Yeah, it's kinda' 77 Sunset Strip (sing the TV theme song).  (American 50s/60s TV shows are fields of gold for those interested in pre-mods and early rocker looks, as you well know.)  But back to the 25oz 555.  Mine came last week and none too soon.  It's been -6C in my 42.87N for more than a week with no end in sight.  I need the body armor just to survive and it looks cool too.

Well here we can see quite a difference in color and saturation with 555XHSib on the left and 634XHS on the right. I personally prefer the left side, with the deeply saturated indigo contrasted sharply alongside the white peaked mountainous fades.

The right side is beautiful in it's own right, like a cold flowing stream.

Looking forward to seeing how much further this pair can develop and evolve as time trenches forward.

Nice work [emoji1992] Sherlock! That’s exactly what I posted about in the raw denim FB page earlier this week, using fade patterns as means of identity! Ha, hilarious shit. Although now that I've read the entire thread things did get a little heated, but you weren't the instigating… I admit to being puzzled by that post when i saw it on IG.

That's right, @Graham! I've owned these for less than 4 months now, and have effectively worn then for about two and a half. It's amazing how quickly these jeans evolve. Makes it a very fun journey to wear them!
