@Shane-B you guys have a great selection of stock...
althought its difficult for any UK based customer to consider buying from you guys when your RRP is already taxed for Europe prices and on top you don't offer VAT free or DDP for UK based customers.

Hello, @kaacy1721 and thanks for your personal opinion.
The problem is that we are not allowed to deduct VAT on Iron Heart items. According to Iron Heart International, the sales price should be the same worldwide. In other words, if we were to deduct 19% from your order, for example, we would have a price advantage over Iron Heart shops in the UK. The same applies to the US and other countries.
Since we work with Shopify, we cannot configure our online store system to deduct VAT for all other brands, such as Good Art. In short, since we are not allowed to deduct VAT for Iron Heart, the same applies to all the other brands we offer. Unfortunately, we cannot configure individual settings.
As you can see, this is out of our control.
As far as customs clearance is concerned, I cannot for the life of me understand why we, as a small retailer who relies on a certain margin, we should be responsible for your customs duties (since Brexit). I'm sorry but this doesn't make any sense.
