I would think, where wives are concerned, a LIMITED TIME ACT NOW! sale would be our strongest bargaining position. Plus, if you think it’s tough to sell your wife on new clothes or shoes try being a knife enthusiast!

OTOH two Wescos in a week is a bold move…

Long, boring story made short, I’ve bought a pair of custom Wesco’s the last two years. Black oil tanned first and then roughout burlap last summer.

This year’s pair were to be brown and short. I’ve been struggling with the build though. There came a point when I realised a nearly perfect build already existed in the form of the IHWE-5. So they got ordered as a HISP (Hot Ingrid Sanctioned Purchase [emoji1]).

Then the olive Morrisons showed up in the Outlet. I’ve always liked them, and always wanted something in the olive burlap (which Wesco have discontinued) so this was pretty much the last chance. I’d say it was a no brainer but the recent IHWE-5 purchase meant that it took 24hrs of consideration before I jumped. They are a Non-HISP pair and I don’t have a plan yet. It could get hairy…

I like it. It’s fitted on you and couldn’t be smaller but it looks very cool. You could size up (if there are any left) and still be good but it might not be quite as badass as this. How is it in terms of comfort/mobility?

That's how it's supposed to fit. I wasn't sure about mine either at first (length, mainly), but came to terms with it after some wear… Quickly became my fav...

Same here, i was surprised how short it fits at first too. Looks good imo - For me i just was not used to wear such short jackets. I think you'll get used to it too!

That was legendary. Had that IHSH-105 on two days ago actually. Middle of spring and I’m wearing quilted flannel… go figure.

I think I’m going for full in honesty on this one combined with a strategic sales thread. Nothing makes Hot Ingrid happier than me getting rid of stuff from my closet.

I just grabbed 2 IHV-27's… A medium and a large.

Medium will be rocked as is, and the large will be hot washed for shrinkage (There was only 1 medium), and then kakishibu'd.
